    CC error - deactivated device

      hi all,

       

      This is a bit awkward problem. I don't even know how to explain it. I use CC from the beginning (a few years now) - on two PCs (not at the same time, of course)

      Recently (about two weeks ago) on one of my computers CC went into "deactivated device" mode. All my apps are "trial" or "have expired trial version" on this machine. Even thou I am signed in! When I am signing using web browser – it shows that only one PC is activated (the other one, that works fine).

      How to activate a PC manually? Obviously logging via CC panel is not an option here.

       

      I tried:

      - uninstalling apps (no difference).

      - uninstalling apps + CC (no difference).

       

      Any other ideas?
