    Styling anchored image using GREP

      Hi there

I have a huge book project--much of which will be emulating Facebook styling.

My question is this: is there a way to apply styling that would allow for small profile photos to be placed inline and matched with their corresponding names?

Like this screenshot, I need to have small profile images placed to the left of each name. Ideally, I want to be able to type each name and have the image pulled and placed automatically. Does this make sense?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

      Tara

          GREP can't do that.

Data Merge can add images referenced in a spreadsheet, and the names too as part of the same 'record,' in mail-merge fashion, but...

The on-demand, real-time scenario you describe; "I type, it happens" isn't available via any of InDesign's native features.
