I run Indesign CC on Windows 10, one desktop, one laptop. The laptop is working OK, but the desktop is a problem. It always freezes on start up. I have to use the Task Manager to end task and start the program again. Sometime, it starts to work after few start-up, and now it won't work whatsoever. I have removed the program and install it back on, and it still won't work. Anyone can help?
The first method, press Shift+Ctr+Alt before launching Indesign does successful open the program, but when I exit the program, and relaunch it, the same problem, and when I try to use Shift+Ctr+Alt method again, it won't work anymore.
Tried the 2nd method, removed all Adobe products using the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool. After Creative Cloud App and Indesign in installed, Indesign automatically started, but when I exit it, and relaunch it again, same problem.
I tried another way: I copy the InDesign Defaults file from my desktop to the laptop, and it starts OK, and again only once.Still have no way to have the program running.
