Adobe Indesign crashing randomly on Windows 8.1 and 10

(Im a junior sysadmin and trying to find a solution for a few co-workers who use Indesign)

We have this problem for over a year now and it happens on following PCs:

Both with CS 6.0 Version 8.1

      Windows 8.1 Version 6.3.9600

      Dell OptiPlex 7010

      intel i7-3770 3.40 GHz

      AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series

      8GB RAM

      2.PC (Notebook)

      Windows 10 Version 10.0.10586

      Dell Latitude E5520

      intel i5-2430M

      intel HD Graphics 3000

      4GB RAM

(Before upgrading to Windows 10 my co-worker didn't have any problems on Windows 7.)

The crashes don't have a pattern but it seems to happen more frequently when multi-tasking according to my co-workers.

Good thing is Indesign manages to save everything before crashing, so there is no data loss.

That's why my co-workers kind of tolerate the problem at the moment.

      Screenshot of the crash:

What I tried so far to fix the problem:

      • Fresh install of CS 6.0
      • Compatibility mode activated for Indesign as Windows 7
      • Set default "Run as Admin" for CS6.exe and Indesign.exe (trying this made problem worse because Indesign stopped working completely)
      • Using the PDF-Printer as default Printer

Is there any known solution for this issue? I've read about similar problems but haven't found a solution yet.

      Edit: Correction for 2.PC specs
