    Highlighting not visible in Adobe XI


      After a recent Office 365 update, a problem developed in the use of the highlighting tool and viewing the highlighting. A co-worker sent me a pdf with highlighting, but I couldn't see it in Adobe XI. I opened the document in Reader and the highlighting was visible.


      In addition, the highlighting tool does not add highlighting when I use it.


      I have checked for update and have done this: Help > Repair Adobe Installation. There is no change.
