    Premiere elements 10 logging on

      I have been using Premiere elements 10 for a few years, and I last used it around 2 months ago. I have tried logging on today and it brings up an 'Elements 10 organiser', and asks that I decline or accept. On accepting it it just reappears, and keeps on doing that. It won't open the program at all. How do I get into the program? And why is it not letting me into the program?

          Have you tried an uninstall/reinstall of the program?

           

          Version 10 is a good five years old at this point. It's also rather limited in terms of how well it handles most modern video formats and how it behaves in a 64-bit environment (like Windows 10). It might be worth downloading the free trial of version 15 and seeing if it (or one of the other post-version 11 versions) better meets your needs.
