Can I bump this one? I'm keen to learn why the image was rejected so I don't repeat the error.

Why don't you attach the file so everyone can see it, rather than having to go search for it. I'm not sure, but perhaps we can't even search for it, given that it was rejected.....
You will need to upload the photo to this forum before we are able to give you the answer you look for. We will not be able to find it otherwise. However if you read through the rejection dialogue sent to you, you'll see where you're directed to a link that might shed some light on what is considered noncompliant.

Photos that are rejected are automatically deleted. What you see are thumbnail of the files and are used for reference so you do not upload the same file again. Therefore if you want us to see the image you're talking about you will need to upload the file to this forum. In any case however, you may find the topics "Non-compliant File" on the following link useful Reasons content is rejected at Adobe Stock
Non-compliant means that your content doesn’t comply with Adobe's Contributor Agreement. "Content may be non-compliant due to watermarks, inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or image titles, or questionable, or defamatory content. Your file is also rejected as non-compliant if you receive a reminder to submit a model or property release, or resolve a problem with a release, and you resubmit the file without addressing the issue."
