In 2011, I purchased Adobe Acrobat X Professional Student & Teacher Edition. My hard drive failed last week, and have had it replaced. After downloading the software, the Product Code provided with my original purchase (via e-mail) is not accepted as the serial number. What can I do?
In cases like that where you had a system/drive crash and weren't able to deactivate the software, the only thing to do really is contact Adobe Customer Service and request a reset of your license activation count.
