i can't publish online because of an error 126 saying Publish Online is currently not available for your organisation. Any ideas how to fix this? Shall i contact our IT support to get the rights?
Try logging out then back in?
You want to log out from the CC desktop app (not within InDesign). That is in the menu bar (Mac) or task bar (Windows). Click on the "gear" icon > Preferences > General. Log out, then log in with your Adobe ID.
