iPad form fillable: can't edit fields filled on another device on document cloud file
Sequence of events:
1. Downloaded form fillable PDF on Windows 10 PC and opened with Adobe reader
2. Saved partially filled out form to adobe account document cloud
3. Opened in Adobe reader iPad app
I can add to unfilled fields, and edit those I filled in the ipad app. But in the fields I entered on the PC, I can only delete text (by highlighting or delete key) and typing on the keyboard generates no new characters.
Could you please let me know the version of Acrobat Reader installed on the iPad?
To check the version of Acrobat Reader on iPad, tap Settings from the device home screen>tap Adobe Acrobat>check the Version field.
Have you tried with another form and see if this behavior still continues?
