this usually happens when the codec is not supported in mocha. where is this footage from? what codec is it? try to render it from Ae as QT Animation, re-import it to Ae and use Track in Mocha Ae again.
This is raw footage from a Panasonic GH2 camera. Your solution worked! Thank you
Great! thanks for the feedback. BTW if you work a lot with mocha, you might want to take a look at mocha v5 plugin option. you won't have to convert your videos this way. it offers a better connection between Ae and Mocha than ever.
I get this issue on my new PC.
What i dont understand is I have the exact same project file and clips on my old PC too, which i am upgrading from, and when I open Mocha AE on that the clips work fine which would suggest that it is my new install of Adobe cc2017 bundled with Mocha AE that maybe the issue?
I did a clean install of AE 2017 on my new PC, and have now uninstalled and reinstalled it twice but it still wont work properly.
I have sent Mocha Support a help note,
Thanks! just installed it and it works!
