I tried to open the Stock website and the Stock images and they opened absolutely fine at my end.
Also any such issue has not yet been reported by any of our customers.
Request you to kindly try a different browser or contact your ISP.

I found a fix to my problem that might help someone who is having trouble with a 'white screen' when trying to load a webpage or when the website photos are not loading correctly. Make sure that your computer clock is is synchronized to the Internet time server.
Once I followed these steps and synchronized the Adobe Stock page started working again without any problems.
