CloudLibrary deleting my books from other libraries and books purchased

Is anyone having this problem, Cloudlibrary aka 3m Cloud, had an updated this morning and now its deleting all my other books in my adobe digital editions, books that I purchased from other source or other library borrows, I don't understand what is happening with 3mcloud/ CloudLibrary. Any help thanks
