What have I missed? I built the system on PCPartsPicker.com. I have never built a computer before, am I in over my head?
I have a 4 year old ASUS laptop with an "older" i7, a SSD and 16GB RAM. Premier Elements works well at editing 4K from two different Panasonic cameras. Not to worry. It will work!
I always use this benchmark chart.
My computer rates a 9800 and I can edit 4K in Premiere Elements on it. I'd recommend, for best performance, you use a computer that rates a 10,000 or greater.
The processor you're looking at rates over 14,000, so should have more than enough power.
