    Charged for an image I didn't purchase - Chat support no help

      I was charged for an image I didn't purchase. It's not in my license history, doesn't show the checkmark that it was purchase when I go to that image. I've had two separate support chats each lasting over an hour with absolutely no answers. They keep asking if I want to cancel my subscription. Which is another red flag that if I did purchase the image, why wouldn't it be one of the 30 images I have for my subscription?


      Has anybody else dealt with the incompetence that is Adobe Chat support? How do I get things fixed?
