Mohit Goyal, it is running the latest version of CC. It has been updated this morning. I am still getting the same issue with both programs.
It is something related to Dynamic link server library, you can use the Adobe cleaner tool and remove all the programs, restart you machine and reinstall the programs, else you can contact the support, refer: Contact Customer Care

Had the same DLL problem over here, kept me busy for weeks!
Now, besides following every hint out there, I reinstalled LR several times, reinstalled WIN 7 several times. Nothing worked.
Then finally upgraded to WIN 10 and made a 'clean install'. That solved all DLL problems and LR now works as smooth as before!.
