As web agency we are working for a client, who has devided up his business into three different sub-firms, each of them with a separate website-domain, but all websites in basically the same webdesign, sharing the same Adobe Stock foto content. The (german) imprints of the websites show the different companies as owner of the websites.
Do we need one licence for one Client or do we need three licences for three sub-companies?
It is totally upto you can as what matters is the license plan that you subscribe to.
You anyways will be licensing the content from Stock website and then use it for the client.
I checked this with our legal team who provided the following response:
Every website operating legal person (commonly identified in the imprint) needs to own one Standard License to every content used on the particular website. These Licenses can be purchased through the agency if the agency transfers the Licenses in its entirety to their clients (see Section 3.5 Adobe Stock Additional Terms).
Hope this helps.
