can you show us a screenshot of your table. Show also hidden characters.
I'm not sure what you mean by "I have duplicated into two columns of a table…"
Here a suggestion:
Find a horizontal white space that is followed by a slash that is followed by another horizontal white space.
But only if it is preceded by a capital letter (using a positive lookbehind) and if number is following (using a positive lookahead):
Replacement will be a tabulator so that you can use this for a column separator, if you want to convert your text to a table.
