I downloaded CS5 and if I click on install, a pop up show up and it says install program is damaged. I do have an official version with the serial number on windows, know I would like to install it on mac. How can I do that?

Your Windows license will not work for a Mac installation.  Your only chance of getting it working might be to install a Windows emulator on the Mac.  CS5 does not qualify for a platform swap so there is no option to change it to a Mac license.
