I have been using Photoshop CC (2015.5) for a few months under Adobe's Creative Cloud Photography Plan but a few days ago, Photoshop reverted to Trial mode and Lightroom is trapped in a sign-in loop. I use Windows 10. I tried quitting and restarting Creative Cloud Desktop, signing out and signing back in again with my Adobe account but I still only get trial mode. I followed the steps at Stop Creative Cloud 2015 from reverting to trial mode and uninstalled all my Adobe products then re-installed them on my computer but I still only get trial mode. Adobe tech support were useless - a tech adviser attempted to access my computer remotely but I don't think they were confident enough to know what they were doing and abandoned helping me part way through. What should I do now?
