Can't log in for an install?

I was forced to install an upgrade for flash player my password didn't work I went in to adobe and changed my password and was able to log in.  When I went to the install it would not let me log in?  I tried all the suggestions they had removing cookies etc i need this upgrade!

When you are installing or updating, that is MOST LIKELY your computer operating system asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902
