I currently have a regular cloud photo membership/subscription, but I am in school and wanted to upgrade/switch to a student membership, as there are apps/programs that I need for school that are not included in my current subscription, but apparently that's not a ready option and I am directed to customer service.
But when I click through to "contact customer service", I'm given the message that "customer service cannot be contacted for this issue".
Is it even possible to switch to a student membership when I already have an active membership in something else? Because it would kinda suck if I cant.
The plan change option should be available in your account of Adobe, if you do not see one that you are looking for then you are eligible for that plan.
In that case you will have to cancel the present CC & make a repurchase.
