I've got a puppet in PS that was created by a colleague, and he is looking to me to help rig. Generally the new automated rigging is working really well!
But, the basic motion and scaling of the head of the puppet is not working, so I think it's an origin issue, but I've tried any number of changes to the origin point, origin layer position, and other parameters in both PS and Ch and I'm not getting the desired results. Help!?

Just to follow up - I worked with Jenny on this over email / phone - she had a hidden background layer and some hierarchy changes that were causing some warp issues.
