Do you mean the photos are exporting without the adjustments made using Lightroom? Are you choosing the option to "Export as original"? A few more details would be helpful including your Operating system and your Lightroom version.
I am having the same problem. I notice when I look at my photo in the "Library" all of my edits are there; however, when I switch tot he "Develop" tab some are missing. The photo is not as clear and the color changes. I did get an email back asking if I was exporting as original. I checked I am not. It is very frustrating because I can clearly see the "good" photo, but can't access it. Help!

When color changes in the two views of Library Grid and Develop, it often indicates a 'bad' or unsuitable monitor profile.
Might be wise to check the profile.
And if you export 'Original' you are simply copying the Out-of-camera image file without edits.
To see the exported image with edits applied, export as JPG or TIFF.
