I do not have any subscription to creative cloud services and yes I am getting charged 10.95 every month.
This is on my bank statement: PURCHASE ADOBE SYSTEM 800 833 6687 CA CARD9764 $10.95.
When I contact customer support to cancel they just tell me I do not have any subscriptions to cancel.
Am I just supposed to contact my bank and file a claim?
Do you have more than one email address?
Does anyone else have access to your email address and bank information?
Does anything show for your Adobe ID?
