Hi everyone,
I downloaded the CC but i don't know why, i double-clicked on the Creative Cloud Installer and then, NOTHING happened..
Is anyone around here who knows what can i do to fix that problem and to get the CC installed on my iMac?
My iMac is 2,8GHz Intel Core i7 and running with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

As you have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps i would recommend you to refer to the steps shared in the following thread to manually remove the remnants of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!
After this try the installation of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app again and share the results. Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe Creative Cloud trial.

Unfortunately, it seems like there is no answer to my question in any of those links...
Just to clarify the problem :
I downloaded the desktop application but I can't even install it...
When i double-click on the CC Installer, nothing happens.
Does anyone have a solution or heard about that kind of problem?
Is there any Update version problem?
