How was the signature placed? Deleting the signature is violating the document's authenticity unless you were the signee delete digital signature (Sign and Send PDFs)
Would you please elaborate your workflow/process? Also, would you be able to share the document with us? If yes, you may you Dropbox, Google Drive or Adobe Send to share the document.
I dont think I have explained myself as well as I should have. When the signatory receives the email from me requesting signature they get two options to fill in the form or delegate the signature - i.e send on to someone else. When they click the delegate signature link in the adobe email they are taken tot he adobe system to enter a new email address and a comment for the next person. When this email and comment is submitted the error occurs on the adobe website.

Assuming you are using Adobe Sign I am sending an email id via private message to you. You have to drop us an email using the Adobe id( an email id which is linked to your subscription) with the screenshot of the problem.
