I had to change the email address for my Creative Cloud account and now Muse will not recognize the new login when I try to publish to Business Catalys. I am able to login to Creative Cloud, Typeset and Business catalyst through a browser. Every time I try to publish a site I get a box asking for my Adobe ID password. When I type it in, it says "unknown error." I have logged out of and back into the Creative Cloud app. I have clicked on 'Forgot Password' and have followed prompts to reset password. I have also installed the latest version of the Muse app.
Anyone have any ideas? Help!

Yes, my system was listed as an activated device.
I ended up submitting a request through Business Catalyst support. I ended up having to give them my old Adobe ID and my new Adobe ID so they could sync the two on their end. It appears to be working now, and was able to successfully publish the site to Business Catalyst through the Muse app.
