After signing out, try rebooting your computer and then re-signing in with your Adobe ID account.

Okay, i tried this...And now i cant activate my account anymore.
Check to make sure your CC subscription is still active – it's possible there may have been an issue with charging your credit card, in which case your Adobe account would indicate that:
If you can sign in and it indicates your paid membership is still valid, but the advice in the previous reply doesn't reactivate your applications, then you can contact Adobe Customer Service directly and see if they can further assist:
