Which version of Photoshop CS are you asking about? Adobe does not sell older versions, and they are unlikely to sell you CS6 if you have a machine capable of running CC.
Support doesn't work weekends, and if this involves an older version of CS they are not likely to offer much help anyways..
Since you mentioned a monthly membership I assume you're running CC, not CS as mentioned in your subject header.

I'm using a mac running macOS Sierra and don't know how to install the full photoshop software for making and editing business cards and flyers etc. I had been using a trial which has ended without giving me an option to continue with a full purchase and the previous link to the program was no longer working. I have gone onto adobe site and purchased the monthly package but it does not seem to allow me to use it
If you had a 30 day trial then it was not likely a Creative Cloud product since they only have 7 day trials available. If you are having difficulty downloading the desktop manager for CC it could be because your machine does not meet the system requirement for the Creative Cloud product line.
