    Invalid Numeric Entry

Does anyone know a fix for the "Invalid numeric entry. A number between..." error in Lightroom? This occurs when in the Develop module. If a non-numeric character is entered into one of the value fields for an adjustment and the field is tabbed or advanced out of, the "Invalid numeric entry" warning will continue to loop indefinitely. Most times you have to kill Lightroom using the Task Manager, however, if you're lucky, the dialog window will quite popping up and you can click on one of the other modules and it will let you escape the Delvelop module so that you don't have to kill the process.

      For the tech specs:
Version: Lightroom CC 2015.7 (although it's been an issue in every version I've used since before CC)
      OS: Windows 10 Home
      RAM: 6x8GB DDR3

      GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1080GTX 8GB DDR5X w/OpenGL 4.5
CPU: Intel Core i7 Extreme 10 cores/20 threads enabled in LR
SDD: 2X250GB SSD M2 for scratch discs in PS and another SSD which contains the software
