    changing the abo

      Hello,

       

      my abo is running until the 30. Ocotober (today) and I tried to change my abo yesterday and today, it never let me do so and just now I saw that they continued my old abo although I wanted to change to a another abo. Is there a way to still change my abo although they already continued my old one?

       

      Is there a way to contact Adobe directly? The support system only leads me through some questions and presents me this site: Upgrade für Ihr Creative Cloud-Abo buchen oder zu einem anderen Abonnement wechseln
