I am not able to connect from my desktop Mac to Lightroom mobile. I am logged in through the widget (whatever you call the applications that have tabs on the menu bar) - see photos. My computer can access the internet. I am able to upload photos from Lightroom to FaceBook and Costco. Any suggestions? The only recommendation that I have found was to update Adobe Flash. I did, but it didn't help.
Which version of Lightroom are you using?
Try Signing out of Creative Cloud App and sign back in.
Also, ensure that you are signed in with the correct Adobe_Id in Lightroom.You can check your Lr mobile Sync status from Preferences>Lightroom mobile.
