Error when building windows App using signed certificate

I think this is the same issue as others are complaining about. I have followed a number of tutorials but have done this so far.....

      c:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\bin\x86>MakeCert.exe -n "CN=CWADigital.com.renault-trucks.rtec" -r -h 0 -eku "," -e 01/01/2018 -sv MyKey.pvk MyKey.cer

Where CWADigital.com.renault-trucks.rtec is the same as the value in <preference name="windows-identity-name" value="CWADigital.com.renault-trucks.rtec" /> within the config.xml.

      I then ran.....

      c:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\bin\x86>Pvk2Pfx.exe -pvk MyKey.pvk -pi [mypassword] -spc MyKey.cer -pfx MyKey.pfx

I then uploaded the pfx file to the adobe build "signing keys" page. Linked it to the app build section and clicked re-build. It asked me for my password and then failed with the below:

      CertUtil: -importPFX command FAILED: 0x80070002 (WIN32: 2 ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND)

CertUtil: The system cannot find the file specified.

      My "Personal"

      CertUtil: -delstore command completed successfully.

      my appid is 2300209
