It looks like you may have inadvertently missed the email verification step when you originally created your Fotolia account. As a result, your account was never validated. I have corrected the issue which has moved your images into the review queue. They should be reviewed within the next few days.
It seems that I'm dealing with the same issue. Any help here with validation?

Same as above Logan. You had never confirmed your email address so your account hadn't been validated. You are all set now.
Hi Mat i am having the same problem i have done everything and have had a look back through my emails and junk and spam folders and no email asking for validation, i can not remember if i have done this, my first image has been in review for nearly 7 days now please could you help
