    New custom panel doesn't appear in list of extensions

      Hi All,

      So, I'm setting up to build a custom panel for Premiere, and having some issues getting a basic "hello world" example to appear in the list of extensions under Window->Extensions.  I have PProPanel and Anywhere Example Panel working from the Adobe-CEP samples, just not my new panel.

      Folder Structure is:

      My index.html file is very simple:

      <!doctype html>
              <button id="btn">Click me</button>

      And manifest.xml is also simple:

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
      <ExtensionManifest ExtensionBundleId="com.example.helloworld" ExtensionBundleName="Hello World" ExtensionBundleVersion="1.0" Version="4.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
              <Extension Id="com.example.helloworld.extension" Version="1.0"/>
                  <Host Name="PPRO" Version="[8.0,20.0]" />
                  <Locale Code="All" />
                  <RequiredRuntime Name="CSXS" Version="5.0" />
              <Extension Id="com.example.helloworld">
                          <Menu>Hello world</Menu>

      I'd expect to see "Hello world" appear in Window->Extensions, but instead I just see two example panels I cited above.

      I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2015.4 on mac. Thanks in advance for your input!
