I have created a document for supervisors to sign off on training for staff. It's a collaborative document.
The responsible supervisor will sign off and then add comments regarding the training, and then sent on to the next supervisor.
Ideally, I would like to allow the next supervisor in line to be able to add to the blank fields, but the document is locked from editing (even blank fields) after the first signature.
Failing that, I will be happy with turning off the document locking all together.
I am totally loss in finding where in the menus. to turn off document locking, so multiple supervisors can add signatures, after filling out the comment and other fields.
I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro.
Any help would be appreciated.
Unless you set your Digital Signature fields to lock the fields in the file (under Properties - Signed) they won't do it and the fields will remain editable.
