Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?
Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems
Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?
What is the exact error message that you see?
Exactly which version of the program do you have that is causing problems?
Are you also having difficulty this morning? At about same time as your post, my CC updated illustrator suddenly quit loading. It just crashes. It worked prior to the update. VERY upset, need help!
WHY DOES ADOBE SAY SOMETHING IS AVAILABLE? WHEN YOU WASTE TIME AND ENERGY INTO DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE AND IT TELLS YOU IT ISN'T AVAILABLE, IT IS REALLY FRUSTRATING. BE PROFESSIONAL AND TELL PEOPLE IT ISN'T AVAILABLE UPFRONT.
I ALREADY DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED THE LATEST VERSION.
ADOBE SAID TEAM PROJECTS ARE AVAILABLE SO I WASTED TIME INSTALLING ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEY ARE ROLLING IT OUT WHEN THEY WANT.
AND THEN I POSTED A MESSAGE ABOUT IT AND THE MOD CHANGED MY POST INSTEAD OF UPDATING THE WEBSITE TEXT TO NOT MISLEAD AND PISS OFF PEOPLE THAT GIVE THEM MONEY.
Sorry I was just trying to be helpful. There have been a few CC 2017 updates announced today at Adobe Max in San Diego. Maybe the one you need is in the pipeline.
99jon, I appreciate it. No apologies needed. Have a splendid day!
ADOBE JUST NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER AND BE PROFESSIONAL ABOUT MISLEADING THE PEOPLE WHO PAY FOR THEIR PRODUCTS.
ADOBE IS TURNING INTO COMCAST.
