Draw not Backing Up Project to Creative Cloud

For whatever reason, Draw isn't backing up my project to Creative Cloud. It seems to be just this project, because other projects that I create successfully back up and show up in the cloud. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I'm on Android 6.0 if it helps.

Hi Lesat.

Hmmm sorry it's not syncing (someone else on the forums was having this exact problem; not all work, just some work). A couple of things:

Is it a particularly complex drawing? Does it have a photo layer?

Have you tried leaving the app/device open over a different wireless connection?

Can you try duplicating the project and see if that duplication will sync? (If there's a photo layer, remove it in the duplicated drawing.)

What version of Draw are you using? (Tap the hamburger icon in the upper nav, then About Draw.)
