I bought a one year subscription for all the apps a few months ago and used it for a while. I took a while off on vacation for a while. When I come back it says I don't have anything. The subscription was purchased this august. I have not received any emails or anything that would signify that something happened and it won't let me contact customer support. Does anybody know how I can fix this

Have you tried signing in to your Adobe account to check you are financially current in Adobe's eyes?
Yes I have, I looked in the accou management section and it showed that in august I bought a one year subscription but it doesnt work
