If you are looking to burn a DVD in Windows 10, then please refer the below video tutorial.
Putting data (or a movie) on a DVD disk and creating a "DVD movie" disk are not the same thing. Creating a "DVD movie" that your DVD player can understand requires software that knows how to do that (table of contents, chapters, etc).
The video in Mohit's link is about creating a data disk using the DVD file format. Your computer will be able to read this as a data disk, but it is not a "movie" disk that your TV's DVD player can read.
thanks for the information but I do not see the Mohit's link. Can you include? Thanks
