Dear Specialists,
Our customer are using LC Rights Management ES4 wtih SP1.
We configured enable single-sign-on use kerberos/Ms Active Directory.
Over 4000 recipients works well with single-sign-on.
But a one user only can not work single-sign-on.
Cutomer's engineer said "Active Directory Server has no error report".
Why does not work SSO for a one user ?
Do you have answer for this problem. please help me.
