How do I use source file names as names of layers - automatically?

I shoot bursts at sporting events in RAW, which I convert to .dng in LR. From LR I open these series of RAW photos as layers in Photoshop, align the layers, and then export the the layers as jpeg files to the original folder. The sequence of aligned images results in the the athlete moving against a perfectly still/aligned background.

Problem is that the layers that are created by these files are assigned unique names in Photoshop. I would like the layer names to take on the names of the files so that when they are exported back out of PS, they resulting jpg files have the same/original name (but as .jpg rather than the original .dng).

How can I accomplish this automatically without having to manually name the layers? !
