I am a Stock contributor, but I also have a non-photo client who asked me to choose a group of images for him to preview with the goal of purchasing one or more. I chose 10 from the Adobe Stock library and sent them to him. but he can't open them. Why? How can he open the files? Must he open an account first? He doesn't want to open an account until he sees f the images are what he wants, and I can see his point. So how can he open the preview files I send him? Thank you.
If you put them in a library and shared your library with him he should have no problem viewing the images in his browser.
If he is having problems opening them they could be .ai files which require Adobe Illustrator. But they should still be able to see the thumbnails in your shared library.
