Lightroom not latest version

Hello

Please help.  I cancelled my Creative Cloud membership many months ago and was using Lightroom 5 at that time.  I just reapplied intending to use the latest Lightroom CC version.   However, Creative Cloud only lists Lightroom 5 to install despite clicking the 'Check for App Updates' many times.

I am located in Bangkok, Thailand - is location relevant?  Please help advise how to download the latest Lightroom CC version.

The latest version requires a 64-bit operating system. There is no more support  for 32-bit operating systems. Could this be your problem?

Thank you for your advice.  My computer is 32 bit.  I will try to install in my other 64 bit computer.
