Hi thanks Adobe for rejecting my ID Press Card as a form of identity, it is recognized by the British Police and Government Agency's as proving my identity as a working professional photographer. It allows me access to number 10 Downing Street, the House of Commons and other sensitive locations in the UK.

It was issued by the British Association of Journalists and is NOT A FAKE MADE UP CARD

but obviously not good enough for ADOBE, very dissapointed in you!

Sean.

Hi Sean,

Thanks for writing. To be approved, the ID card you upload must be a valid, government issued photo ID card. The name on the ID must match the name on your account and your date of birth must be visible and show that you are 18 years old or older.

Kind regards,

Mat Hayward
