No upload/browse option for Windows pfx file

I created a pfx file so I can sign my Windows Universal apps.  However, when trying to add a new key there is no upload option on Phonegap build.  The only available options are Title and Publisher ID.  Why doesn't Phonegap build display a Browse button for Windows like it does for iOS and Android?  I'm trying to compile using cli-6.3.0 (4.2.0 / 5.2.1 / 4.4.1).

Here's the windows portion of my config.xml.  I'm targeting the Windows Universal Platform but PGB isn't providing a PFX file upload option when selecting "add a key".    I have a deadline for a commercial client next week so I really need to know why I can't upload my pfx file.  Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Go to the "Signing Keys" section of your account settings (https://build.phonegap.com/people/edit ). You will see a "Windows 10" section near the bottom -- upload and unlock your pfx there. Back on your app details, select that key in the list (only for apps built with cli-6.0.0 and above.

Thank you.  That solved my problem.
