Cloud PIC and Video editor options

Looking at getting Cloud.   Was looking at starting out with the low end with Lightroom and Photoshop for $9.99/mo.  Would also like to get video editor with this.  Premier elements if possible. 

I am seeing a variety of packages, but none with the three software packages together that I have mentioned.

Is this doable?  If so, can you post the link and instructions on how to make it happen.

The Elements products are not part of Creative Cloud. There is no such combination nor are there any specifically tailored packages including just premiere pro and PS/ LR. It's all or nothing - full CC or just the photography Bundel.
