    Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) problem!

      Down loaded a book from my library and attempted to put it on my KOBO and I get the following error.

       

      "Oops! This document couldn't be opened.  This document is protected by Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) and is not currently authorized for use with your Adobe ID.  Please sign-in with the authorized Adobe ID and try again."

       

      Extremely frustrating. 

       

      Very hard to track this problem as it varies from book to book AND some books will work one day and then the next day the same book will give me this error.

       

      This is unacceptable.  I have tried writing into this forum 3 times now.  No reply – not even an email indicating that this message was received! 

       

      Tried to call Adobe – no answer ever on any number.

       

      Tried my library – they say it’s not their problem – it’s adobe’s problem.  KOBO says it’s not their problem – it’s Adobe. 

       

      Does anyone have a suggestion? 

       

      Please help if you can!
