I haven't had any issues with the syncing problem between my phone and Mac until yesterday--It won't update and now my desktop says "Get started with lightroom mobile" and when i click on it it says to sign in but I already am signed in? Ive logged on and off from my mobile but nothings really working... I just want them to sync again 😕

Hi jennagordon,

Please open Creative cloud desktop app on your machine and sign in to it, then check if that helps.

I'm also having this problem, I have signed out of everything and signed back in numerous times but nothing seems to work. When I sign into Lightroom Mobile on the desktop it just 'thinks' forever but never signs in. Screen Shot 2017-05-17 at 1.15.19 PM.png

Hi kayjowilson,

You may try resetting the Lightroom preferences back to default and check if that helps you.
